ENPhD Research Assistant in the flood research group of Drs. Peter Sheng and Vladimir Paramygin at the Civil and Coastal Engineering Department, University of Florida is needed to work on the modeling of compound flooding in coastal region due to storm surge, wave, sea level rise, precipitation, and inland flooding. Looking for a highly motivated student with background in hydrodynamic/hydraulic/hydrologic processes and modeling. Experience with inland flood modeling and GIS is a plus.
