VNBased on Memorandum of Understanding between two educational institutions, Department of Civil Engineering, College of Science and Technology, National Chi Nan University (hereinafter referred to as “NCNU”), TAIWAN and Department of Oceanology, Meteorology and Hydrology, Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics, University of Science – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (hereinafter referred to as “VNU-HCMUS”), VIETNAM agree to develop the Dual Degree Program Agreement, aiming to cultivate international workforce, to provide students with an educational opportunity and to boost their competitiveness in the international workplace.
